Narsingdi Transit (“Application”) is a free mobile application developed by Faisal F Rafat (“Service Provider”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Application. The Application is provided “AS IS” and is intended for general informational use.

অবস্থান তথ্য (Location Information)
অ্যাপ্লিকেশনটি সুনির্দিষ্ট অবস্থান তথ্য (যেমন জিপিএস স্থানাঙ্ক) সংগ্রহ করে না। স্থান সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো তথ্য, যদি তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিষেবাগুলি ব্যবহার করে, তা আনুমানিক, নামবিহীন (অ্যানোনিমাস) এবং কেবলমাত্র মৌলিক বিশ্লেষণ এবং অ্যাপ উন্নতির জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়।
তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিষেবা
অ্যাপ্লিকেশনটি বিশ্বস্ত তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিষেবা ব্যবহার করতে পারে যা কার্যকারিতা এবং নির্ভরযোগ্যতা উন্নত করতে সীমিত তথ্য সংগ্রহ করে। এই পরিষেবাগুলি তাদের নিজস্ব গোপনীয়তা নীতির অধীনে কাজ করে। ব্যবহৃত তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিষেবা অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে পারে:

পরিষেবা প্রদানকারী:
- ব্যবহারকারীর ডেটা বিক্রি করে না
- বিজ্ঞাপনদাতাদের সাথে ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য শেয়ার করে না
একত্রিত, নামবিহীন ডেটা কেবল তখনই শেয়ার করা হতে পারে:
- আইনি বাধ্যবাধকতা পালনের জন্য
- ব্যবহারকারীদের অধিকার বা সুরক্ষা নিশ্চিত করতে

ডেটা সংরক্ষণ

পরিষেবা প্রদানকারী অননুমোদিত অ্যাক্সেস, ক্ষতি বা অপব্যবহারের বিরুদ্ধে তথ্য রক্ষা করার জন্য যুক্তিসঙ্গত কারিগরি এবং সাংগঠনিক ব্যবস্থা ব্যবহার করে।
এই গোপনীয়তা নীতির পরিবর্তন
এই গোপনীয়তা নীতি সময়ে সময়ে আপডেট করা হতে পারে। যেকোনো পরিবর্তন অ্যাপ্লিকেশনের মধ্যে বা পলিসি পেজে পোস্ট করা হবে। অ্যাপ্লিকেশনের ক্রমাগত ব্যবহার আপডেটেড নীতি গ্রহণের নির্দেশ করে।
